Overview:
The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching service technicians to service calls. Along with dispatching service calls, this position will work to achieve optimal efficiencies helping us to achieve our service level customer expectations. Communication skills are very important as you will work with both internal and external customers. In this role, you will gain a sense of accomplishment by being part of a team helping solve customer problems. The Service Dispatcher will help ensure that our company maintains its profitability and productive environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Field Service Technician’s primary role is to support the fleets of printers, copiers, and MFPs within our customer base while ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed as outlined by the Management Team. This position is responsible for providing onsite repairs of copiers, printers, and MFPs and making sure all pertinent data is entered in the closing notes of each service call. This position is also responsible for providing clear and timely communication to our customers regarding ETAs and other important updates related to their service calls.
