Genesis Technologies is recognized as one of the 2019 “Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).

This is the eighth year that Genesis has received this recognition. Genesis with the other selected companies will be honored by the NABR on Monday, September 16th at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel. This year’s symposium and gala will be in conjunction with the Inaugural best and Brightest National Summit.

The “Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” award program honors companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful human resources approach.

National Association for Business Resources is hosting their first ever Best and Brightest National Summit alongside the Chicago Best and Brightest Awards, taking place September 15 - 17 in Chicago, Illinois. The event is designated to build employee enrichment and enhance company culture through featured keynote speakers Patrick Lencioni, Dr. Gustavo Grodnitzky and John O’Leary.

The National Summit will offer attendees the highest quality of diver and motivating breakout sessions where they can gain a wealth of instantly implementable strategies, plans and programs in their personal and professional paths. Both HRCI and SHRM credits can be received for keynote and breakout sessions. The National Summit will include health and wellness activities, entertainment after the breakout sessions and connection of hundreds of winning companies and professionals focused on leadership and workplace dynamics at the National Awards Celebration.

The winning companies of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® will compete for 13 elite awards, one granted for each category. Also, an overall winner that has excelled in all categories will be honored with a “Best of the Best Overall” award. The elite award winners will be revealed during the luncheon.

The annual symposium and awards program will begin with registration, networking and exhibit gallery preview at 7:00 a.m. followed by education. The breakfast and awards presentation is emceed by Judy Hsu of ABC7 Chicago and Pat Cassidy of WBBM AM News Radio. The awards presentation will adjourn at 11:30 a.m.

An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry, based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.
